Default On The Go/Prepackaged Healthy Foods for Breakfast/Snacking?

hey all, ive been reading H+F for a while, learning some things. i want to eat cleaner, but i know i should start slow so im not totally put off by the change in lifestyle.

anyways, im a full time college student, w/an internship, so i dont have too much time to plan meals and go to the store all the time for the upkeep. maybe later, but for now im just looking for some things to get, and things to stay away from even if theyre labeled "healthy"

so far i got a box of those quaker chewy bars (90 cals each). theres some of those snack/meal replacement shakes that have loads of vitamins and like 10g of protein and whatnot, at around 220 cals each. i forgot the brand, but does that matter? should i steer clear of those?

i understand the best things would be whole what bread, egg whites, fruit, some peanut butter, etc, but what about when i dont have the time to prepare it, or i just want some healthy things that have longer shelf lives than produce? thanks

I was told granola is good to eat as a snack as well as trail mix. And the trail mix has a relatively long shelf life Click the image to open in full size.

are those nature valley granola bars any good?

and id really like to know about those snack shakes. they seem to be a good source of most vitamins, fiber, protein... and they taste pretty good too. id really like to have it in the morning because im not a morning person and i hate getting up early to make something.

growing up ive never eaten breakfast at all, and its hard to change that habit.
