Default Is the Acura Legend RWD or FWD?

I'm shopping for a new car, that's why I'm asking. I ask this because in every pic I see, the engine is mounted like it would be in a RWD car, but the only RWD Honda I have ever heard of is the S2K. Is the Legend a lesser known RWD Honda?

The Legend is FWD. The transmission comes off the back of the motor, just like rear wheel drive... and then the stupid thing bends back to the differential being partially inside the oil pan.

Dumbest design ever.

good, an enthusiastic type2 legend owner! Click the image to open in full size.
how do you think a legend coupe with eibach pros, kyb gr2's, and 245/40-18 kumho ecsta supras drive? far from riding on rails i expect, but would it be "boatish" compared to something like a stock integra ls or other car of its caliber?

at least you can confuse the hell out of people when you spin your front instead of your rear after you show them the engine. Click the image to open in full size.

Seconded.

Legend is FWD. On a side note, I drove my sisters a few times, I liked it. with that setup you mentioned, I think you would be pleased with it given how you spoke of it Click the image to open in full size.

im just looking for a sharp cruiser that can get out of its own way and doesnt suck down gas right now. its a toss up between a 93-95 legend coupe or a 98-02 accord v6 coupe. both have their ups and downs compared to each other, but the legends styling is starting to pull me in.
