The only "modification" was the inclusion of the body coloured OEM Acura front spoiler in the purchase price.
This thing seems to be able to put all its power to the ground exactly the way that it's set up. I'd hate to screw with it.

    The 13.8 quarter is with the stock 18" all season Michelins. With the 19" HPT option, the car would be quicker.

    Rumours of electronic governor set to 135 appear to be valid.

    Not sure why it's governed so low unless it has to do with fears of being able to balance an SH-AWD car at high speeds. There's probably something to that, inasmuch as the car does not "track" the way that your typical RR or FF car tracks. I wouldn't say that it hunts for direction, but it points *very* quickly and I can imagine that most drivers could get in trouble at high speed, very easily.
