What are your thoughts on running 500lb rates all around on a car that will be seeing mainly track time, some auto-x and only street time when going to track?

Good question.
We like this thought, and at really favors the late Integra platform. Its a heavier chassis plus the B18 engine, etc. We are just about to add a new spring combination with 450f/450r. Would you like to evaluate the setup? The 500/500 would have a similar chassis balance, but we feel the 450/450 will track better over rough track sections and poor pavement, and have less impact harshness. The 450/450 will work better with the CS2 damping as well. That's our call...

First, if you havent already done so, please read ALL of post #1 here on this thread. We have added some info about spring rate selections for various uses, and ride heights, setup, etc.

For DD Civics, 350/250 set at 12.0"-12.5" ride height has an amazing ride on rough roads. The 350/350 is somewhat "choppy" thru the bumps and uneven pavement, and is a bit more nimble.

When looking for the best setup for poor roads, we suggest 350/250 and #62.1003 22m rear sway. Its quiet, and dials out most of the understeer, and keeps the car flat and inspiring thru your favorite twisty roads. You will not be disappointed!

Thanks for the great feedback, i was a bit reluctant as i see this kit is only height adjustable and not damping as the koni's, I want something different as i have the Ksport and the ride is too firm on the back every single bump at speed and i almost hit the roof, so i need some good quality ride, and seems like this is it, On my civis SI i have koni/GC and like the setup, very comfy and allowed me to deal abit of stiffenes with the damping dial. I read the post, and i was wondering if the coils for the EG are also back ordered? can you do a a package deal for both the coils and the Sway bar?

YES, we understand the "launching off the seat" too-stiff rear suspension. Its not that unusual, really. We have been tuning these same platforms for over 15 years, and we understand how to make them ride well and handle awesome. The rear sway #62.1003 is in stock now, if you would like to place an order for it. Its a great upgrade on its own. If you PM me a zip code, I'll see what we can do.

YES, the EG coilover kit is on BACK ORDER as well. We are releasing a few more back orders, and are busy working on a long-term fix for the inadequate inventory issues here. We hope to have a steady flow of kits next month, for summer orders. We are holding all back orders through, and you will not be charged until the ship date.
