need some advice on what spring rates would be best for my application for what im doing to my car its a 97 civic lx planning on doing a mini me and boosting with the occasional trip to the drag strip from what i read on the first page and the website my understanding about the spring rates best for my application would either be 350/350 or 350/450 is that correct because i didnt see the option for 350/500

Hi Ronnie.
I'm not sure how much you are concerned about ride quality and how often your project car will be street-driven.
350/450 is will be moderate 'sport' ride with a single cam engine. We offer a 350/550 as well.
450/450 or 450/550 will be more firm & handle better. The 550 rear will launch better and be 'choppy' on poor roads. Hope this helps. If you have more questions please post, call or PM us. Thanks for your interest here.

So 350/450 will work fine if you are not going below 12.0" ride height. If you are planning to run lower, use the 450# fronts. The ride height info is detailed in our instruction doc available as a PDF on the product webpage.

Just installed the Progress 22mm rear sway bar on my TSX last weekend! Great product as always! I could not believe how much it tightened up the car. Taking the TSX to the track Sunday! Lets see if it can beat my civic's lap times!

Sunday I took my TSX with a newly installed Progress 22mm RSB to Atlanta Motorsports park. The RSB was super easy to install with quality hardware and a great finish. This is standard with all the items I have purchased from you all. The rear sway bar really tightened things up and helped the car rotate well through this technical track. I have a video to upload along with tonight. Here is a picture in the pits and one on the track. Thanks again for the great products!
