92-95 Civic's came with ABS, and 96-00 only the Si's had ABS.

I have a 96-98 w/o ABS and I'm wonderin which ones I ask for? It's an EX.

You're wrong. Not all 92-95 Civic EX's have ABS. And you're correct about your car falling under the "1992-2000 Honda Civic EX, LX w/ABS, & SI w/ABS" category.
