Who makes Ball Seat wheel nut locks?
BESIDES Honda & Gorilla. I have OEM GSR 'blades' and want to get locks for it, and I'm not going to trust a Honda lock. Any professional theif already has the Honda keys. I'm hoping someone has found a matching set for under the $85 it would cost with Gorilla locks + OEM lugs. The auto stores only have the tapered/conical seat I can't use.
Otherwise my question is: can I just get the seat recut to the 60* conical style? I'd do it at a machine shop. These rims use a steel insert in each hole, so I doubt it would upset the seating force.

Normally, no you can't cut the lug seating face, but with steel inserts it might be acceptable.
That said, McGard makes radius (ball) seat locking lugs.

Re: Who makes Ball Seat wheel nut locks?
I'd like to know why, beyond the typical "because the diagram said so" answer. The wheels I have use a steel insert, which seats as a "mag style", IE it seats on a flat surface. The ball seat on those only serve to push in 2 directions, outwards inside the hole, and downwards on the flat seat. This means it completely redirects the radial pressure directions. Oddly enough, I've found more than enough people who have used the conical nuts in OEM seats w/o issues for years. I should have asked if anyone has recut the seats.
I'll probably just get the Gorilla locks @ $25, the mcgard discontinued their branded locks, and I know 2 people who've had rims ganked WITH the OEM locks.

When you have a lug nut with a conical shaped seating area (seat), and a wheel with a ball-shaped seat, they don't make contact across the entire area; instead, they only make contact around a circle. As a result of the same force across a line instead of an entire area, the parts making contact can wear, and as a result of that wear, the lug nuts can loosen, possibly leading to bent studs or the wheels coming off. This isn't mere idle speculation; it can and does happen. Of course, some people may be lucky and not experience any problems, but there is a significant risk, a risk that can be easily avoided simply by using the proper shaped lug nuts for your wheels.
