I wanted to ask around before I spent the money on someone trying to weld my crack in my Gram Light 57c

I have a small crack next to the lip of one of my Gram Light 57c as some of you may know these wheels have been discontinued and are no longer available. I tried tire rack but they only have 5 lug wheels. Has anyone had experience with a wheel repair like this? Did it hold? Someone told me they would crack again. Any input is appreciated.

Go to a place where they can pressure test the wheel and they can tell you the chances of that wheel becoming cracked again. Every rim and damage is different.

Thank you for your input, I dont see many wheel shops around my area so this might be a task. The one I did call was the one that told me it would crack again but they didnt even look at it.
