Your best bet for prices is to call businesses that you would possibly get the wheels repaired at. If you don't know of any wheel repair shops in your area, people in your regional section might be able to help.

That seems okay. Ive seen rims in WAY worse condition get fixed. Check out your local wheel repair shops.

Those look repairable from the pictures. It'll probably cost you around $100 - $150 a wheel, depending on condition. They may not need to weld them, though.
