+20 offset on a 16x7 wheel on DC2?
have a very tempting trade for my DIV3's, but the wheels i'm looking at are 16x7 with a +28 offset..will these fit my DC2 sitting on sportlines?
i know heyyyymikeyyyyyy's enkei mesh were 15x7 with +20 offset, but these rims are one inch bigger (16x7) so will i face any rubbing/clearance issues?
a lot of the archived threads i've searched have people that run low offsets, but always on a 15" wheel....
what are the cons on running such a low offset on my DC2? sorry guys, i know nothing about offsets
TIA

On my DC2, with a 16x7 42mm offset and 205/45-16 tires, I'm about 2mm of clearance between the back tire and fender. I don't see how a 20 offset would fit without adding a fair bit of camber and rolling the fender. I just have what rear camber was gained by lowering.

The stock offset on the ITR's 15x6 wheels is +50, which translates to between +37 and +38 for a 16x7 wheel. Wheels with a +20 sound like they're going to be WAY off. I wouldn't even attempt it.

im sorry guys i read wrong, the wheels are actually +28
but given what you guys are saying, looks like it still wouldnt clear?
to my understanding a rim's diameter shouldnt matter if you're not super slammed right? pretty much what i'm getting at is...
if 16x7 +20 wont fit a teg, why would 15x7 +20 fit?

15x7" +20mm won't fit either. I wouldn't go lower than about +32mm on a Civic/Integra, but even that will stick out quite a bit and put some added stress on the wheel bearings.

i ran 15x6.5 +19 ssr'd and heymikkkey bought them off me. he is running negative camber on 195/50 and i ran 205/50 w/o any mods.. you can prolly pull off that 16x7 +28 offset if you are lowered a bit w/ 195/45 or 205/40.
