That's not a standard collector brother. Most of us know what degrees are in a standard collector, just not this one specifically.

Pricing all depends on the quality of manifold your willing to pay for. There are so many variables to this answer lol
Good Materials including consumables, gas etc - 150.00
However the cost comes in cutting the pipe and collector.
Beveling, shaving, polishing the material and then of course final weld up.
So you have to ask yourself after all is said and done how much is your time worth? Assuming you did all of the above.
I'd say for a good quality ram 500 shipped is fair.
Not saying I'm right or wrong, just my .2
