i've seen a lot of manifolds being made out of thin wall stuff as opposed to the schedule 10/40 stuff. Maybe i should try it out in the spring.

i doubt it.....4th runner looks like it be very very close...and the length of the runners espically going down so far

Finally got it out on the road, no surge or anything, Wastgate is working good! I have a date with the dyno soon, ill post results!

shop looks good. Im sure they clean up at the end of the day but during the day while its busy, I am sure the shop is going to get out of order.

what radiator are u using? A Civic one??
Manifold looks good, and i know how difficult it can be. Just finished my topmount, ac and frontmount compatible, it was a pain to construct and weld!
