good stuff. more details on the aluminum bends (wall thickness, diameter...) and where did you get them?

I'm confused why you set up your runners this way. You made the longer runners even longer by adding the stacks. If you had put them on the shorter ones you would have made them closer in length together. Any reasoning for this?

Where did you buy the plenum half's?

It's a narrow angle V6 and there are long/short runners in the head. Staggering runner lengths in the manifold attempts to get to equal distances from the bellmouths to the backs of the valves.

Can't wait to see how well this one works.

Nice, your welds are actually pretty good, with a little more practice and better fitup/prep you will have it nailed.
