I've been on a long search for EG/EJ1 Ex Brown interior parts or options. Most importantly i'm looking for the Double Din optional audio console. I know they're out there ive found a picture of one on the internet. My findings suggest they made only in 1993 USDM (Mystic Brown) interior coupes. Even more rare is one that was an Ex with all the power options. Even if you aren't selling, please tell me about your car if you have one.

I have an ej1 mystic brown interior... 93 civic ex... i dont have the double din.. but im willing to sell the whole interior... willing to even trade for the full black interior

You're going to have better luck finding a needle in a haystack. I've only seen a few of the other colors over the years for sale, and the tan is probably the rarest.

I think @deschlong can tell you more about the other colors, but if it was me, I'd just get SEM interior paint and try to match it the best you can.
