Time to put up my Civic wagon for sale. Decided to sell the entire car instead of just the engine setup. The car itself is pretty clean for almost being a 30 year old car. It has the original paint with original glass all around, although the front windshield will need replacing due to cracks and chips. The passenger side fender is dented but I'm sure a good PDR can work a miracle to bring it back to it's original shape. It has a custom 2.5" exhaust that was mandrel bent and welded to provide a consistent 2.5" diameter throughout the exhaust system. It has Zeal adjustable coilovers for suspension, 16x7 Work RS-Deltas and 88-91 Prelude front and rear seats along with custom fitted Integra interior pieces. The engine setup was tuned by Erick's Racing which made 231HP w/ 166lbft of torque using Hondata, while getting a consistent 28 mpg city/hwy. Engine was never abused by me when I was driving the car. Heck, I barely even hit VTAK. If you're skeptical about the health of the engine, don't be. I did a leak down on the engine (9/14/14, see pictures below) and all cylinders have a 0% leak @100 psi. Quick rundown of what the engine compartment holds:
