just FYI guys carfax is not always accurate. For example I just ran my car which I know I registered as "true mileage unknown" but it comes up as "NO not actual mileage title reported". In addition to this, I bought the car salvaged from a friend after it had gotten stolen from him, stripped, and totalled by insurance. However, carfax has it listed not as a theft recovery but as total loss from severe accident. Kinda sucks for me but oh well.
