-I have every receipt ever, including every single gas receipt (Always 91 Octane or higher depending on whats available) and I have all maintenance receipts

-The Oil has been changed every 5000km (with receipts) and I always use Mobil 1 or Royal Purple

-The car has Mostly highway miles (trips to Chicago / Niagara falls / Maine / Vermont several times etc...) in my new job I take the bus to work so the car lives in my driveway/garage through the week.

-Not a single door ding, however there are some stone chips and normal wear and tear in the paint (normal for any car with 30,000miles). And in the Spring of 2009 a shopping cart rolled into the back bumper during a storm and made a scratch the size of a golfball, I had the scratch professionally sanded out and the spot paint blended (its impossible to tell it was ever touched up / I have high-res pictures that show the back bumper Before the scrape / the scrape itself and now)

-PCMCIA adaptor is included (used for playing MP3’s through the Factory audio/nav system.)

-Only two modifications ever (Eibach prokit and AEM CAI ), I still have the factory springs in the Eibach box and the factory airbox in the AEM box. ***the AEM was installed without removing the bumper***

-Also have a set of steel wheels with Snowtires mounted (used for about 3000 miles last winter)

-Also includes an Acura original equipment leather front nose mask “bra”
I have already worked with Honda America to secure a letter of compliance so that it can be easily imported into the United States and 100% legally licensed (it is fully compliant)
Also includes an Acura 7yr 160,000km (100,000mile) bumper to bumper extended warranty (fully transferrable) (bumper to bumper warranty to May 2015 or 160,000km. Standard Factory warranty covers the first 4years / 80,000km

I'd like to get $25k, which is alot less than I owe.

Keep in mind that here in Canada, this car was approx $8k more expensive (retail) than the Civic Si Sedan.

At the time I bought it I paid a few pennies shy of $40k Canadian (including the 13% tax we pay)

Yes I would bring it into the United States (as far as Chicago to the West / Boston to the east and D.C. to the south), alternately if it needs to go farther than that I can arrange to drive it somewhere to be picked up by a transit company.

Let me remind people it is fully legal in the United States

Why bother with the hassle of converting a US car if you could just buy this one that has all the JDM stuff (lights bumpers etc..) already installed from the Factory.
