Default How LSD works with no load?

So, ive been long into my build, put LSD in, 31 spline axles, new custom hubs, etc...

After I built the trans the input shaft spun by hand just fine and shifted in and out of gears fine, I put the trans in the car, put the axles in and decided to spin the calipers
(car is still in the air on jack stands with no wheels) and the driver side is locked! It won't budge, however, the passanger side spins freely...

Now, is this something to worrie about or is this the clutches in the LSD locking up with no load?
