Default Exedy OEM + light flywheel, or Exedy stage 1 (necessary?)

I've been looking into getting a new clutch for my swap.

89 Si Transmission, D16Y8 stock.

I was going to go with my stock DX clutch + flywheel... decided to do things right the first time, or try to. Ha ha.

Found this http://cgi.ebay.ca/EXEDY-OE-STANDARD...item230bcb0e5c

$250, but is it legit?

Otherwise, I was going to track down a 90-00 flywheel and get a Stage 1 clutch to match. Or get this to make things easy. http://cgi.ebay.ca/EXEDY-RACING-STAG...item230c56b806

So, $450. Legitimate, but expensive...

I don't plan on boosting anytime soon, but do plan on doing some OE upgrades. Z6 head, ZC pistons, LS rods, rebuild, tune. Would that OE clutch and 7.5 lb flywheel satisfy my needs?

I'm planning to go for the first option. It should be o.k.. 7.5 lb flywheel hella light.
