Default Clutch master not enough travel, adjustment is way out

Alright ive been fighting this issue forever now and I just dont know what else it could be.

H2B EG, GSR Trans, Comp 4 clutch

Brand new clutch master and slave nothings leaking. I bleed it every way I know, Gravity, pump 10 times, vacuum bleeder...

In order for the clutch to disengage fully I have to screw the adjustment rod all the way to its last thread.

is it possible that the throwout is pushing into itself? when i looked at it it looked fine but somewhere something must give. The pedal engages right off the floor. I want it to disengage at the top of the pedal but im completely out of pedal adjustment.

ideas?

The clutch can't be adjusted they way you want it to. There is a procedure for adjusting the clutch in the service manual. But basically when the procedure is complete wherever it happens to engage is where it's supposed to engage. Adjusting the rod to change the engagement point can cause either disengagment issues or lack of free play depending one which way you adjust it.
