Default what's the difference in these two engines?

i'm not that knowlegdeable in the k-series engines. what's the difference in the k24 in a 2003 cr-v and the k24 in the tsx that everyone goes for? i am pretty sure that there are differences in the ecu programing. but what about the internals of the engine?

The a1 uses vtece and the a2 uses ivtec. ivtec uses 3 rockers and 2 cam profiles on both the intake and exhaust sides and vtece uses 2 rockers and cam profiles on the intake side and a single rocker and cam profile for the exhaust side. The a2 has oil squirters but they can be added to any block. The a1 block can take a k20a oil pump w/o modding like the other k24 blocks. The a2 had stronger rods than the a1 and also come with a higher cr factory.
