Default What would cause every cylinder to misfire?

I just completed a k20a2 swap and got a CEL 4 days later: every cylinder misfiring. Sounds like bad gas but I started using 93 octane 2 tanks before the swap.

The car has no power under 3k. The weird thing is it didn't happen until I got "Vpower" at Shell. The swap was running good and pulling hard the day before I got that gas.

Could it be a ground? These are all the grounds I have:

Tranny to battery

Fuse box

Should I ground the valve cover/IM?

Many obd2 cars will start with one cylinder misfire and if you keep driving it will log misfires in every cylinder thru the firing order. If you catch and resolve the first misfiring cylinder the others will not log a misfire (unless they are truly misfiring).

Hmm, I've never heard it misfire (it's been revved up to 8k too). It hesitates at 2k and under and the car jerks if you floor it at 2k. (60A motor mounts btw).

What do you think it is?

Obd2 systems are very sensitive to misfires.Misfires cause high emissions and that is really what obd systems are all about.A good scan tool may help you a lot.The real thing not just a cheap code reader.Have a shop do a real scan and it may save you months of switching parts and checking wires.

Yeah, I pretty much decided I'm going to have to go to Acura and have them diagnose/fix the problem.
