LEAN condition 1999 gsr
I have a 1999 Gsr short ram intake, dc sports 4-2-1 header, no cat, to 2.5 inch exhaust. Awhile back the car threw this code and it just one day stopped. Now its back. Everything has been checked and i cant figure out why im getting this code. The fuel filter has been changed, the injectors swapped out for used good ones, vacuum is steady at 21inhg., fuel pressure is 40 psi at idle and with the vacuum line off its 50psi, valve lash was done a month ago, and i swapped the primary o2 with the secondary to make sure they work...im OUT OF IDEAS and ready to drive 100000MPH off a cliff...any one else have any ideas...

Re: LEAN condition 1999 gsr (nevamind)
runs fine, will check map tomorrow...i think its lean during start up because the code never comes on while driving. i can reset the ecu drive til all the readiness test are passed and it wont come on as long as i dont shut her down. Once i shut it down and start it up again the code pops up. any other suggestions guys?
also going to pull plugs and o2's to check color/condition tomorrow

45 rich/lean condition with the paper clip in the plug... on a better scanner, it comes up as lean condition.
light will pop on right at startup and stay solid
the lean condition orignially occured after i replaced several valves in the head due to them being bent. compression as of this time is 230 across the board. lash was set correctly then and is correct now...cant think of much else
