my valve seals just keep popping off the guides this is only happening on the exhaust side...i have tryed genuine honda seals and im using NAPA ones right now and them seem to be better...the car is turbocharged...8psi...its a b20 engine..please help...this is really gay...ive taken the cams out at least 5 times..trying to fix this...

maybe to much guide clearance, stock valves?

they are the stock valves i didnt have a problem before i rebuilt the motor...at this time i also changed valve seals...i am using stock honda seals and the head dosent maybe 40k on it...i dont know why its doing it..and not all the seals pop up off the guide...

Make sure the little rubber barbs on the seals are not stuck on the guide. Its not always easy to see and it will not allow the new seal to seat correctly.
