those with viper alarms
is there a way to disable the siren from beeping when you lock/unlock? im asking because i inadvertently did something (had to use key to open door for a day, then used alarm again) and it locks, lights blink, alarm goes off, but it doesn't beep when i lock/unlock and i'd like to have that back...thanks!

Re: those with viper alarms (salbaje)
300... or something, it came w/ the car. all i know is it's not the bottom line, it's not the top line. no proximity sensors, AUX button on remote (for trunk)... i think 300 ESP or something like that.

i dont remeber the exact order
but your II button on the remote is for silent arm/disarm
so just hit buttons in diffrent orders (1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1) etc and it will go back to normal
i do it every now and then on mine. pisses me off.

Re: those with viper alarms (KAMiN)
if you have any viper alarm you would have to hit number 2 first and then number 1 to disarm it silently. If you have a four button remote then you would have to press the aux first and then the disarm button. I dont think the 300 has four butttons. so you would have to press 2 and then one.
