Default Terminal block or strip?

I am looking for a terminal block that only requires 1 postive wire input. I dont want to keep on jumping the post's.

Im not sure if there is something out there but I cant seem to find it. I am looking to hookup perferrably 10devices.

would 1 wire say a 14ga be able to pass enough current to power all these units at once?
