Tail light fuse burns when i hit the brakes
okay the fuse inside the hood keeps burning the one for the rear brake tail lights , i know theres a short some where in between the brake switch and the tail lights because, i disconected the brake switch and put the fuse in and it wouldnt burn the fuse, the brake switch has 3 wires white/green and two green/white, the white green goes back to the fuse that it burns the other two go to the rear brake lights, one to the left and one to the right, i cut one of the wires and the rear right tail light brakes worked fine so i figured my short is on the left side so i rewired the left tail light and it was working fine , turn on the car then turned it off and then when i turned it back on the fuse burnt again, i dont know if it didnt burn cause i put a bigger fuse, suppose to have a 20 and i put a 25 it was all i could find it was either 25 or 10 fuse, has this happened to any one or do you have any ideas on what it might be???

not good to use bigger fuses than it says.
u can get more fuses at any autoparts store..
and yeah, time to trace the wires man..
would help to have a multimeter and a wiring schematic
