Icon2 Steering wheel swap question.

I own a bb6 and I'm a kinda tall dude. I would really like to replace the steering wheel to a smaller diameter one to better accommodate my long legs. The first one that comes to my mind is the fg2 06 civic si steering wheel with the audio controls. Would it be feasible to mount that particular wheel on my bb6 and at least keep the air bag and audio controls, don't care much for cc since I tend to not use it. If it's not possible I will also take suggestions of other smaller diameter honda oem steering wheel and their compatibilities. Thanks in advance!

well I think the s2000 has the volume on the actual dashboard, and still think the 08 si wheel has a smaller diameter. Thanks though, if all else fails it could be my number 2. But would really like to have the majority of the inputs on the wheel because I do drive long distances on occasion and hate how low the din is for the radio on the bb6. One practically has to stare at it to see what you are doing lol.

Will the audio buttons work in your bb6? I've worked at Honda for 6yrs now and I never knew that could work in a bb6 cause in my tsx I didn't have blue tooth but when the new models came out they had blue tooth on the steering wheel I switched steering wheels over from the new tsx into mine the blue tooth didn't work nor did the audio controls. Have you done research on this?

as long as you take the the actual hardware from the steering wheel itself or order the hardware from a honda dealer it should work If it's electrical. My question is more the mechanics of installation, you know whether I need an adapter, will it line up, that sort of thing.

couldn't tell you, more than likely though since it is a 2000. Would you know if there a way to retrofit or just fake out the srs system?
