Default squealing noise

i have a b18c1 and everytime i start my car it sounds like my belts are squealing. or when im driving and down shift it squeals again. i want to say my its the belts, what can i do to fix this. the noise is getting on my nerves.

the auto tenssioner should take care of the belt tension. if you have a 2 belt design, the alt is the adjustment for the second belt..

its you're alternator belt most likely...check if its loose, if it is then tighten it up, or better yet, while you're down there...just change it, its not that expensive

well if it aint your belts it could be your water pump or need ps fluid, those are some other things that squeel
