Default Short Circuit? I'm Popping 10 amp Dash/Plate/Taillight fuses like candy.

1996 Acura Integra LS
Stock Motor
200,000mi

I've had an issue recently with popping my 10 amp fuse that connects the Guage Cluster/License Plate Lights/Tail Lamps from the underdash fuse box.

Foremost my car has 12kg/mm fronts and 10kg/mm rears which is about 500lb/in and 400lb/in so it's too stiff for the pot hole ridden streets.

When I first had this problem it was self-explanatory, I blew a license plate bulb. I replaced both of the license plate bulbs and problem solved. Then I hit a dip in the road and it happend again. My guage cluster goes out, my tail lamps go out (constants under braking still work) and my license plate bulbs go out. I quickly check my license plate bulbs and they're fine, as well as all the other bulbs.

Here's the weird part, I put a 30 amp in the spot where the 10 amp goes and everything works fine. I switch over to the 10 amp and everything is all good again. Until another dip or harsh bump for the rear end of the car and the fuse pops again.

The rear end of the car seems to be affecting it. When the rear encounters a harsh ride it pops this fuse.

I'm thinking it's a short and if somebody can 2nd that so I know it's definately the problem that'd be great.

Also if somebody can suggest where I can start to check for this problem? What should I do to troubleshoot this?

No new radio but I did have an amp and sub hooked up which I removed recently. Nothing out of the ordinary, I got rid of the power wire from the back of the radio to the amp and re-hooked it up like it was before I installed the sub. Radio-wise everything works fine.

So far so good though, it hasn't acted up lately but I've been taking it easy.
