Default removing vtec oil passage plug in head

I've got a b16 head that was previously setup for LS-vtec. It has a fitting in the oil port, and then some of that quik-steel **** over the fitting. I'm kind of stuck trying to figure out how to remove the ****. Should I just drill it? and if so do I have any room for error? any other ideas?

if it was done right it should screw right out, maybe with a lilttle force since that quicksteel **** is on there, if it was a ls/vtec kit fitting then i believe it's a 13 or 14 mm to take it out, and if it wasn't then i'm sorry but i can't help there without a pic, and i wouldn't try doing anything to it till u know for a fact if u have any room for error or not... hope this helps.....
