Optionnal LSD like PHantom Grip and Twin Track

Is there one of the 2 (Twin track and Phantom Grip) that is better than the other?

They are the same basically. Just made by 2 different companies. I'd get a real LSD if I were you though, your diff is only as strong as the spider gears, which isn't very.
