OBDII chipping info for all
i know that people like Kinji and Yoshio can chip and tune obd2 ecus. places like Dynospot, Inlinefour, Eric's, and Comptech can chip/tune obd2 ecus as well.
if someone could provie us with contact info for Mr, Kinji and Mr. Yoshio it would be nice
a diy option is the T-Rex system
availiable here http://www.autoserve.8m.com/

i haven't been able to get much info about this. i emailed the guy and i now know they run in the $300 range or so (can't remember the price he quoted me). i also know he'll customise the program to your liking. if anyone with experiance with this will you post a review? it'd be very helpfull.
some more information is avaliable on http://www.pgmfi.org
its in the forums in the Development: obd2 section.
there are some very smart people doing some very inovative things w/obd2 honda ecus there. if you decide to check it out, and i recomend that you do, please read the wiki/faq first.
you'll find good stuff like this in the wiki/faq
http://pgmfi.org/resources/FAQ/obd2.html
if anyone else has information they'd like to share on this topic please do. maybe we can get some kind of faq going. right now i am trying to find sources and prices for the oki 66507 and 66p507. the source i had recently went out of business it seems. if anyone already knows where to get these please post.
allright thats all for now

Re: OBDII chipping info for all (snail)
Richard aka "RPT" of Autoserve posts and contributes on PGMFI. He plays some things a bit close, which was a t first not very endearing to the PGMFI guys, but he's went out of his way to build up some bodies of information and guides to help people (such as a definitive OBD2-1 conversion pinout for DIY harness makers), and he's gone out of his way to help me when I had sopme specific JDM Q's, since he lives somewhere in JDM land.
All that being said, it's still a chipped ECU. Some like them, I prefer to tune the ECU myself to suit each particular engine to it's fullest advantage.
FYI, don't **** with the P processors, every so often you get a misburn or some malady and you're out $40-60 for the processor. Go ahead and source the reflashable Q processors and enjoy being able to reburn them at will.
