need some help em1 tail lights

Icon6 need some help em1 tail lights

hey whats up guys im having some issues with my tail lights and front corner lights, when i turn my headlight switch the headlights turn on, the corner lights and rear lights stay off, when i step on the brake my rear lights do turn on also when i use my turn signals my front corner and rear lights work ive checked my fuses and bulbs i cant figure out what it is can i have som help plz

Have you checked the park light fuse?
Have you checked to see if there is power at the park light fuse when the park/head lights are on?

It sounds like everything else works....

Brake lights when you step on the brakes, same bulb as park light but diff. circuit/filament.

Signal lights work when you use the signal lights, probably the same bulb as park lights, in front, but diff. circuit/filament

Do the hazard lights work?
They are on the same circuit/bulb as signal lights, just a diff. power supply, [fuse] so they should work. 94

no i havent checked the park light fuse ill do that right now and yeah the hazards work fine i had a friend tell me it can be the headlight switch is that true?

Yes it can, that's why you check to see if there is power at the park light fuse when park/head light switch is on, the fuse is after the switch.

If there is no power at the fuse, either the switch is bad or the wiring between the switch and fuse is bad, so if there is no power at the fuse you need to check for power output of the switch, [should be red/green lead at combination light switch plug]. 94

ok so the fuse is fine i even changed the headlight switch and i kno im gettin power to my tail lights because they blink when i set my alarm same with the corner lights so idk what it can be

The alarm is supplying the power for the lights when they flash.

You need to check to see if there is power at the fuse.

Another thing to check is the point where alarms park light flash lead connects to the cars park light circuit wiring, especially if a "T" tap is used for the connection....

ok ill check it out and run the wires i just think its wierd when its the oem honda alarm but thanx a lot for replying and helping me out

If it is the OEM alarm.the connection is not the problem.

Test for power at the park light fuse. 94
