im in the process of installing my b16 head into my fully built b18a1 block..i purchased the golden eagle vtec conversion kit that came with a 81mm headgasket but my block is bored to 81.5mm.
i need to know if the 81mm headgasket would be allright to use w/ the 81.5mm block. NEED ANSWER ASAP PLEASE

it should be fine. i think the cylinder holes in the gasket are a bit larger than stock anyway. by the way who built your motor. is there any good tuners in winchester

thanx for the answer...i think it would be fine too but ..i just wanna doble check...
i do not live in winchester anymore but the block was sleeved in tyson corners at a machine shop..they also balanced and polished the crank, installed the pistons, rods, bearings...i did the rest...(water pump, oil pump, etc)
I built the head myself..thats pretty easy.. but im hoping to get at least 550 to the wheels with a gt40 turbo...its going on a crx so hope to make 10 sec pases...
ohh by the way there;s a place in winchester called AR FABRICATION..i heard they do pretty good work
