i tried to find obd2 jdm ecu list online but i cant find more tha 5 or 6 ecus.

If your looking for an OBD2a VTEC ECU to run your H23a then IIRC your looking for a 96 Prelude P13. There is a gap in your list above. The P13 was used in the 96 Prelude and I'm pretty sure it was OBD2a, someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't seen a 96 P13 so I'm not 100% that they are OBD2a.

i hope so, i guess i'm going to go with obd1 harness, but how will i use the h23a intake and throttle?!
