Default ITR Tranny: When you drain the tranny oil, is everything drained out?

I'm curious. I would like to flush out my tranny, but I DID A SEARCH and I read that you only drain about half the fluid, but that was in reference to an automatic transmission.

So if I drain my ITR tranny, will I completely drain it out? Or do I need to go to the dealership for a complete flush? Currently I do not have the $120+ to do the service

once you let it out with the plub it drains about 2/3 rest is left over there...if you have tranny out of the motor, just position it so that the plug is at the bottom and drain it to bucket, may take few hours, change angles...but will free 97% of all fluid
