ITR Having big probelms with my slave cylinder

I really need help with this I can not figure out what I am doing wrong here. I replaced my last slave cylinder because it was leaking. I put on the new slave cylinder and started to bleed the clutch. I would start to get pressure and then the pressure would vanish. My friend that was helping me noticed that the dust boot had fluid coming out of it. I squeezed the dust boot and fluid shot out and I no that the boot is NOT supposed to have fluid in it. Also when the fluid was going into the can from being bleed from the slave cylinder it was black?!?!?WTF

Please help me this is all I need to get my car running. Thanks for the help.
