Default ignition lock cylinder question, and flywheel question

hey guys, i need some help.
my brother just recently purchased a eg hatch off of h-t, (pretty fricken ghetto rigged by the way), and is having problems with the lock cylinder. for a while you could get jiggle the key, and get it to turn. now the key wont go all the way in, and it feels like the key bottoms out before it is all the way in. the lock cylinder is moving as well, inside the housing. now my question is, in order to replace it i know you have to have the ignitoin in a certain position, so you can use a punch and pound the pin out. but what do you do when you cant turn it at all? any input would be apreciated. thankyou

come on, some one has to have an idea
actually i just thought of another question, i have a b16 longblock that was origonally out of an automatic vehicle. so it has a flexplate on it obviously, and i am wondering if i can use the same bolts that hold the flex plate to the crank, for the flywheel i will be replacing it with. anyone know if they would work?

No, you need to get the bolts for the flywheel. I think they even have an MT on the bolts for manual transmission.
