Default I cant keep my battery's charged up to freaking tune my car

ok so the first time i had the little advanced auto parts battery but my 1000cc's killed that battery. So i go buy a redtop optima go to tune it last night again and we barely make it home because my battery wont hold any voltage. ive had shitty luck with battery the past 2-3 months replacing the alternator twice. we changed full wiring harness( we out a built ls/vtec in the car). after the swap i drove it around for 500 miles to break in the clutch/ motor. we turbo it and try to start tuning battery starts dropping voltage leaning my car out to where it wont idle unless i rev it to keep it going. we checked grounds, the alternator is charging or at least trying to and we come to a conclusion that the optima might be bad. so lmk if u think it might be b/c a bad battery or what i just want to drive my car around. its been down for like 3 weeks getting turbo'd from abunch of bullshit. if it can go wrong it will go wrong on my car. thanks chris

it sounds like your alternator is not charging.

what kind of voltage is at the battery terminals when the car is idling?
what if you rev the car a little?

also if your battery dieing is leaning out the car then you need to set/adjust the battery offset for your injectors.

weve set them but as soon as the battery start to lose power it starts running lean. my tuner says he needs a steady battery voltage to tune the injectors. but with the car off, battery is at like 11.6 and when the car starts it jump to like 12.6. we charged it and thats the highest it will go also(11.6) but im taking the battery to get it checked

at idle the alternator will put out about 13.2, 14 or so when you rev it.
if you're only seeing 12.6 you have alternator problems.
either the alternator is bad, the wiring has issues or the connections ot the battery are poor.
