How much MTF is needed?
Hey guys, I'm going to be getting my swap pretty soon and was wondering how much is MTF I should buy for my 1st Gen B16? Does anyone know what amount the MTF comes in? Also, is that the Transmission Fluid I should put in there? Or is there something better?

Assuming of course you have a 5 spd tranny... 
Yes, get the Honda MTF... Best stuff. I think it should take like 2.2 quarts, so get 3 and keep some extra on the shelf!

I agree, I liked redline MTF a lot, however only high rpms did I feel the difference. If you have a daly driver, just go w/ honda.
