Honda Accord 1996 LX Instrument Panel/Cluster
Ok i'm have an issue with my Honda Accoud 1996's Speedometer, Cruise Control, Low Fuel Light, Check Engine Light, Seatbelt Light. They r not working at all. The Lights don't light up at all when turning the key on. Wondering if someone could help me!!! Cause i Honestly have not idea on what could be the problem. I know the Speedometer could be the vss. And I already replaced the Entire Panel/Cluster by going to pull a part and it still has the same problem! Someone please help me!!!

First thing I would check is the ign. switch
White lead should be 12V+ constant, [hot at all times].
Black/yellow lead is 12V+ switched ign., [hot in run and start].
Yellow lead is 12V+ switched acc., [hot in run].
Check fuses, instrument fuse in particular, but test them all, use a 12V test light and leave the fuses in place and test both test tips. 94
