head question?

Default head question?
to make a long story short can a crack in the combustion chamber be fixed? or is the head screwed TIA

Even if it were fixable (and I don't believe that it is), it would hardly be worth it, IMO.

On the HEAD or a cracked sleeve on the BLOCK?

If it's the head, I wouldn't recommend doing anything. The head is toast.

For the block, I would have it re-decked, and resleeved.
