I am installing my Apexi Turbo Timer and I have the power and ground wires hooked up. I have the wire for the o2 sensor hooked up. The instructions say to connect the blue and green wires to circuit IGN1 and IGN2. There is only one primary ignition output wire and it is the green/yellow wire which also is connected to the brown rpm wire from the greddy fcu(blue box). Instead of tapping into the green/yellow wire, I just simply tapped into the brown wire from the fcu and when I tried to start the car, the engine turned over but it would not start. Can anyone tell me what my problem is? When I turn the ignition to run with the engine off, the turbo timer lcd screen comes on and I can toggle through the different functions, as if it is hooked up and functioning properly. Am I doing something wrong?
I am using my stock ecu along with the greddy fcu with the stock wiring harness. This is for a boosted sohc.

The wires you need to tap for that are on the ignition itself- they don't run to the ECU.

I had to solder in 3 wires right on the ignition and then attach a few others at the ecu.
