Default GSR sensor torque specs?

I need the correct torque specs for the oil pressure switch (block and head) and the correct specs for the knock sensor. I've heard it should be hand tight with loctite on threads, and I also heard 23 ft. lbs. And yes, hopefully I will save up for a helms once I get a job.

Hand tight will be fine. Don't over-do it.
