Re: fuel filter (B16B_coupe)
Place a shop towel under and around the fuel filter.
Fuel System Service Bolt
Relieve the fuel pressure.
Disconnect the battery negative cable from the battery.
Remove the fuel tank filler cap.
Use a box end wrench on the 6mm service bolt at the fuel pipe, while holding the special banjo bolt with another wrench.
Place a rag or shop towel over the 6mm service bolt.
SLOWLY loosen the 6mm service bolt one complete turn.
Remove the 12mm banjo bolt and the fuel feed pipe from the filter.
Fuel Filter Assembly
Remove the fuel filter clamp and the fuel filter.
Reverse procedure to install, use new washers as shown in illustration. CAUTION: Clean the flared joint of the high pressure hoses thoroughly before reconnecting them.
Torque the banjo bolt to 16 lb-ft (22 Nm) , torque fuel filter clamp bolt to 7 lb-ft (10 Nm) , torque high pressure fuel line to 27 lb-ft (38 Nm) .
But you should get a Helms if you plan on doing anymore DIY.

Re: fuel filter (dirty nails)
make sure to use new crush washers on both sides of the line. You dont want any leaks. If you buy fuel filter from honda it will come with new washers. Not sure about after market. Good luck

Re: fuel filter (hatchling37)
Great! I wasn't expecting such a thorough reply with pictures and everything. Yes, I'll get a Helms book I hadn't known about that.
