Default does a p75 auto integra ecu have a PNP switching resistor?

i'm trying to convert my p06 to a p28 and i'm just missing 1 more part. its the PNP switching transistor NTE2362. just wondering if this part can be found on a auto p75 ecu or any other ecu.

let me know guys!

its q101 on the p06 board.
