are you sure you're looking at it right...it is the green colored connector located "on" the vtec solenoid. it may be dirty or something, but i'm sure it's there. i have a jdm h22a as well and its right behind the distrib on the vtec solenoid itself. there should be another 2-pin grey plug there as well. it's for the solenoid. hope this helps...

some jdm h22's do not come with the pressure switch... and the selonoid itself is a one wire plug

mine is a 93 JDM h22. and yeah, the other plug is a 1 pin fo the solenoid, typo. i've never seen a vtec motor with out a pressure switch, but i guess it is possible. so it there's a plug there, you should be able to remove it and install one. i have several if you need one.

I don't have a technical explanation, but some of the later H and F block VTEC engines didn't have pressure switches... When I swapped a '93 H22a in a '96 Accord, for a buddy of mine, I had to add pressure switch wiring. The Accord didn't have it. (EX).
As long as you have an ECU that doesn't need a pressure switch, you'll be fine.
