well not to be a dick but if you cant afford nice ones just rock your stockers and keep saving until you can. youll regret buying the cheapies. I had a set that was pretty similar to what you have up there in the picture about 5 years ago and they were garbage. First the bolts stripped where you put the allen head in(i wasnt tightening all that hard, just shitty bolts) and then after a couple months they would start changing theyre settings a little at a time. I would double check how tight they were all the time and it was always tight but they kept changing around.
I have heard other horror stories as well as the ever so common accuracy issue as well. With as cheaply as they are made there is no way that they got them right.
just my two cents tho. If you just want the look of cam gears then you can buy them but id atleat put different bolts in them and tighten them up really tight and check pretty often.

Re: cheap ebay adjustable cam gears
Youre going to notice the TDC marks will be off. Compare them to the Honda pulleys and use a hacksawblade to scribe accurate TDC marks. If you will tend to adjust your cam timing more than once, youre going to gall up the pulley where the lock bolts tighten down. It will get to the point where you will be unable to adjust them. So if you do adjust. do it one time and lock those bolts down with locktite.
