Car won't start unless I hold down gas pedal
Yesterday I went to start my car to move it and after a few seconds it just shut off. It won't start back up unless you hold the gas in. Then it runs rough as hell and sounds like a Subaru. I had some spare distributor stuff laying around so I changed it out just to see and nothing. Coil-cap-rotor
I put new plugs in it and pulled them after I got it to start. They are black as coal and wet from gas. I was tuned in June so I'm not sure if that may have something to do with this or not. It was done at IMW by John Kerr and I know he's good at what he does so I wouldn't think that's the cause but who knows.
Any suggestions?

Nothing was changed on the car. It ran fine a few days before.
Turned out it was the timing belt. I re set it all and it starts again and idles. Revs up pretty rough so I think it's still maybe 1 tooth off. It's cold and raining out so I called it a day. Now I know where to go back to anyways.
